Toolbox

It turned out that I have plenty of free space under the fuel tank.
I'm a kind of guy who always likes to carry some tools on the bike, just in case.
This two combined resulted in creating a useful toolbox mounted under the tank.
The box itself is made of a PVC pipe, an idea already tested in my previous bike and working well :)
This piece of metal on the bottom serves as a stopper for the pipe and at the same time is a fuse box holder.

  1. What about noise of tools flying around in that pipe? :)

  2. You have to gently stuff a piece of cloth inside to fill the remaining space. Besides, this kind of bike has to be noisy :D

  3. Looking good man!
I've been following your project for a while now with great interest since i'm giving my NX650 a makeover too.
Don't know where you're from but if you could you should come to Amsterdam on the 6th of may.
I'm organising a swapmeet with my friend Lennard (bubblevisor blog) and think it's going to be a great succes.
